13th October, Saturday -
In the morning we accompanied Baby's mom to a HK style cafe at Sembawang for breakfast, and we had Stir-fried beef noodles. We have no pix because we were too busy gagging over the extremely heavy meal of noodles + Crystal Pau + carrot Cake + Spring Rolls. It was rather nice, though a little too heavy for breakfast.
We then went to look for presents for Weiyang, Hogan and Qinyuan (3 of my dojo brothers) for their birthday and we walked for a looooong time since I had $50 takashimaya voucher to spend and I didn't quite know how to use it. We went also to Isetan, where I almost bought a packet of cheese.
Interesting right.
The walk was very tiring but Baby didn't complain much even though she became slightly irritable after a while, so I bought some Doriyaki from Minamoto Kitchoan to cheer her up.
There was a Fashion show at Taka! And all the models were kids!! They were so Cuuuuute! Especially one of the Kids (looked like she was English or American) who didn't catwalk down the catwalk, but rather scuttled quickly to and fro furtively, like a cockroach. A cute one.
*pose* Damn cute lah *squeal*

After service, while waiting for our baptismal class to start, we cautiously stalked the children in the church for photo opportunities.

Our colleague's condo in Kovan was HUUUUUGE.
The pool stretches THROUGHOUT THE PLACE. Seriously.BBQ.

1) Kill Pig
2) Get Pig's intestines
3) Stuff Dead Pig into its own intestines
4) Yummy
Adal and I had a really good time at the BBQ that day, and I especially enjoyed cooking the chicken wings, the mushrooms, my handphone, face and fingers at the BBQ. I look forward to organising my own BBQ so I can chao-ta my own food and smell of fish for a few days thereafter. Charcoal Chicken and Charcoal Prawn should be made local specialties.
And of course, what's a BBQ without all the bosses present?
Not many of you have seen Adal's boss before. So here's the best pic I have of him in unedited glory :
